  • A: What type of wax do you use in your candles?

    A: We use 100% premium soy wax made from North American–grown soybeans. Our wax is vegan, biodegradable, and paraffin-free, offering a clean, slow, and consistent burn. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and a smooth, even finish.

  • A:Yes. We use IFRA-compliant, phthalate-free fragrance oils and essential oil blends for a clean, luxurious scent experience. Each fragrance is tested for both cold and hot throw performance to ensure the scent fills your space beautifully— never overpowering.

  • A:Burn time varies by size and how the candle is cared for.
    Our 8oz candles typically burn for 40–60 hours when used properly.
    For optimal performance, trim the wick before each use and allow a full melt pool on the first burn.

  • A: Yes. We offer custom scents, personalized labels, and small-batch customization for special events such as weddings, corporate gifting, and private celebrations.

    Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method:

    • Canada: 3–8 business days

    • USA: 5–12 business days
      Please note that peak seasons and holidays may result in slight delays.

  • A: Due to the nature of our handmade products, we accept returns only for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately—we will make it right.
