Still & Soft is shaped through both lived experience and ongoing education in emotional wellbeing,

self-awareness, trauma awareness, and grounded care practices.

My approach combines reflective practice, nervous system awareness, emotional regulation education,

and compassionate support principles through a calm, non-clinical framework.

At this stage, the space is focused primarily on educational content, reflective tools, and gentle

conversations that encourage slower and more intentional ways of caring for ourselves.

Rather than building a traditional wellness business, Still & Soft is currently evolving as a thoughtful

educational space around awareness, reflection, and grounded living.
