Zone 1: Up to 10 km from Langley, BC – $5.00 Delivery Fee
Zone 2: 10 km - 20 km from Langley, BC – $10.00 Delivery Fee
Zone 3: Over 20 km – Please contact us for a custom delivery quote
Free Delivery Options:
Enjoy free delivery on orders over $50 within Zone 1.
Enjoy free delivery on orders over $100 within Zones 1 and 2.

Times: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Order Cut-Off Times:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed for delivery on the following business day.

Shipping Information
We ship across Canada using trusted courier services to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.
Shipping Rates:
Flat Rate: $15.00 for standard shipping across Canada.
Free Shipping: On orders over $100.00.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Condition: All items must be in the same condition as when they were received, with all original tags and labels attached.
How to Return
Initiate a Return: Contact us at anarium.ca@gmail.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at anarium.ca@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at anarium.ca@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind or preference, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Gift Returns: If you are returning a gift, please mention this when you contact us, and we will discuss available options.
