Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

  • During holidays or severe weather, delays may occur — we’ll keep you updated

Local Pickup – Langley, BC

We offer complimentary pickup for local customers near Willoughby Town Centre.

  • Pickup Days: Monday – Friday

  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible upon request)

  • Location: Exact address will be shared after order confirmation

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text with pickup instructions.
Please contact us in advance to arrange your preferred pickup time.

Shipping – Canada & USA

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over $70

  • Orders under $70 ship at a flat rate

Delivery Times

  • Canada Post: 1–14 business days (Canada & US)

  • UPS: 2–9 business days

  • International: Please contact us for a quote

Please note: once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery delays are beyond our control.

• Exchanges •

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

Please contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery.

•RETURNS•

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products.

Exceptions are made for damaged or incorrect items. In such cases, a replacement or store credit will be offered.

Lost or stolen packages after dispatch cannot be refunded.
