Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible upon request)
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text with pickup instructions.

We ship across Canada and the United States using Canada Post and UPS, ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly.

Return & Refund Process

We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
Please note: For returns due to change of mind, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
