We’re happy to offer local pickup for customers near Langley, BC.

  • Location: Near Willoughby Town Centre (exact address provided after order confirmation)

  • Pickup Days: Monday to Friday

  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible upon request)

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text with pickup instructions.

Shipping – Canada & USA

We ship across Canada and the United States using Canada Post and UPS, ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly.

  • Flat Rate: $15.00

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $100

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

🇺🇸 USA Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $20.00

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $150

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days
    (Please note: Customs clearance may cause slight delays.)

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • The following are non-returnable: sale items, custom orders, gift cards

Return & Refund Process

  1. Email us at anarium.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)

  3. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

Please note: For returns due to change of mind, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
